Adams County Parks, Open Space & Cultural Arts is excited for the opportunity to partner with you as a sponsor for our large-scale community events. Our county has a rich history grounded in community, and since 1969, the facilities at Riverdale Regional Park, home to the Adams County Fairgrounds, have been the backdrop for our community’s most cherished events. Families host weddings, quinceañeras, and barbeques; community groups host everything from meetings to livestock sales; and visitors enjoy ample greenspace and amenties in the park. Residents and visitors to Adams County think of Riverdale Regional Park as a place to connect with our community. We are more than just a venue—we are a place for memories, and you can be a part of those memories.
Adams County hosts four major events throughout the year—Adams County Pride, Stars & Stripes, the Adams County Fair, and Festival Latino—and each event is a unique opportunity to connect with a large and diverse audience.
Adams County Pride
June 13, 2026
Adams County Pride was established in 2022 and is the county’s official celebration of Pride month. Our Pride event is bustling with families of all ages looking to connect and celebrate one another, and the event is accentuated with a drag performance, live music, interactive art installations from local artists, immersive art and roller skating from Rainbow Dome, and commercial, artisan, and food vendors. This event is one of the largest Pride events in Adams County, with over 5,000 guests to reach day-of, and the potential to reach thousands more in the lead-up to the event.

Stars & Stripes
July 3, 2026
Your business can join Adams County in wishing America a happy birthday! Stars & Stripes is an annual event held on July 3 with food and beverage vendors, a free concert, and fireworks to end the night. In 2025, we saw over 28,000 visitors to Riverdale Regional Park for the Stars & Stripes event.

Adams County Fair
July 29–Aug. 2, 2026
One of the longest standing traditions in Adams County is the Adams County Fair, which hosted its 121st year in 2025. The Adams County Fair drew over 162,000 attendees over the five-day run, and fairgoers are able to experience concerts, demolition derbies, and rodeo events in the grandstands; live music on the free entertainment stage; and free exhibits, livestock, and entertainment showcases throughout the fairgrounds. The Adams County Fair targets unique demographics from day to day, whether it be Senior Day, Kids Day, or Sunday’s Día de la Familia, which draws about 50,000 attendees. Plus, it wouldn’t be a county fair without our 14 days of 4-H exhibits and competitions. The Adams County Fair is the highlight of the summer, and opportunities to be involved are endless.

Festival Latino
Sept. 13, 2026
Festival Latino was established in 2022 and draws over 15,000 attendees to create an electric feeling of excitement and community within Riverdale Regional Park. Event attendees can expect live music throughout the day; interactive art installations from local artists; a Kids Zone with free activities like zip lines and bounce houses; and commercial, food, and beverage vendors offering items from all around Latin America. Application Process
The application for 2026 sponsorships is open and applications are being accepted on a rolling basis.
Please prepare the following information for your application:
- Business Name, Address, Business Logo File (high-resolution .png or .eps preferred)
- Describe what you hope to achieve from sponsoring an Adams County event.
Events will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and submitting this application does not guarantee event sponsorship. Staff reserves the right to re-assign and prioritize sponsorships to align with the goals of the county and the individual event.
Staff will respond to all sponsorship requests within 10 business days. A signed agreement will serve as confirmation of event assignment, and the Events Coordinator will work with you to secure payment following a fully executed agreement.
Sponsorship applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and cut-off dates for each event are indicated within that event’s section of this document.
Sponsoring an event does not guarantee on-site sales. If your business is looking to sell a product onsite during an event, please contact Taylor Munoz at tmunoz@adamscountyco.gov with your request.
