Rendezvous Rooms

The Rendezvous Rooms, located inside the Waymire Dome, are fully booked through 2026. The reservation calendar for events scheduled in 2027 will open on January 1, 2026. Please call 303.637.8000 for more information.

Venue Capacity

  • Room 1: 1,025 sq. ft.
  • Room 2: 975 sq. ft.
  • Room 3: 1,025 sq. ft.
  • Seating capacity: The capacity for the use of all three rooms is 120 using banquet-style seating. For classroom-style seating, the capacity per room is 30.

Amenities

  • Venue access from 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.
    • Some restrictions apply.
  • Venue table and chair set-up (one set-up per rental)
  • Scheduled walk-through with event staff
  • Sound system with wireless microphones and Bluetooth
  • Projector screen and 80 in. Smart TV in Rooms 1 and 3
  • Drink carts upon request
