Adams County is simplifying and improving the solar permit process for residents and commercial building owners, which helps lower the soft costs associated with going solar and signals to contractors that Adams County wants your solar business. Adams County recently launched the E-Permit Center, which improves the contractor’s experience by allowing solar permit applications to be submitted electronically.
