Electrify the Speedway

On November 1, 2025, Adams County, collaborating with the City of Brighton, the City of Northglenn, the City of Westminster, the City of Louisville, and Drive Clean Colorado held its first event at the Colorado National Speedway to educate the public on the benefits of electric vehicles in a new and fun way. The event allowed residents to complete a skills course on the track in the electric vehicles of their choosing. We had 44 people participate in the skills test and approximately 100 people attend the event.

Other highlights included an electric vehicle showcase, mini Tesla Cybertrucks for kids to ride, and delicious food.
