Note: The Bennett Motor Vehicle Office will be closed the week of Feb. 16-20 and will reopen with regular business hours on Monday, Feb. 23.
Effective immediately, all new fleet applications and units added to an existing fleet must match the registered fleet name exactly, including the full name, punctuation, and acronyms. Any new vehicles added to an existing fleet must also match the registered fleet name to avoid rejection. Although this requirement has not always been enforced, we will now begin rejecting units added to a fleet if they do not match, in order to ensure compliance with C.R.S. 42-3-125 and 1 CCR 204-10 Rule 5.
Upcoming Closures
Beginning in January, our Motor Vehicle offices will have rolling closures as we implement and train on new software. The full list of closures and late openings is provided below:

All offices will open at 9 a.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday this week.
Feb. 17, Closed
All Motor Vehicle Offices closed to the public.
Feb. 18, Reopened
All Motor Vehicle offices will reopen at normal business hours. Please allow for potentially longer wait times as we continue learning our updated software.
