This initiative provides a structured framework for neighborhood groups in Adams County to connect, collaborate, and build relationships. The program welcomes all neighborhoods groups, from newly forming to well-established, interested in working together with the county at any level.
Neighborhood Group Development Phases
Individual Interest
Are you interested in participating in a neighborhood group? Check out the group directory below, or email us your neighborhood name and address, to see if a group already exists where you live. If there is no active group in your area, Adams County can help you start your own!
Building Phase
New groups are working on getting more members, setting goals, and planning activities. Adams County offers support to help your group get organized. Are you ready to join as a Building Phase group? Gather a group of interested neighbors and complete the Building Phase Neighborhood Group Contact Form.
Partnership Phase
Established groups can officially register with Adams County to access more resources, like help promoting events, working with county departments, and connecting with other neighborhood leaders.
