Resilient Neighborhoods Program

The Resilient Neighborhoods Program helps connect neighborhood groups in Adams County with resources and support from the county. The program focuses on building stronger communities, creating safe and healthy neighborhoods, preparing for emergencies, and improving communication between neighbors and the county.

Neighborhood Community Fund

Do you have an idea that will bring neighbors together, improve your community, or strengthen your neighborhood group? The Neighborhood Community Fund offers mini-grants to support local events, projects, and initiatives organized by residents.

Neighborhood Group Development

Are you interested in joining a neighborhood group, or do you already participate in one in your area? The Neighborhood Group Development program offers tools, support, and resources to groups across the county.
