Adams County Pride Returns Saturday, June 14

May 8th, 2025

Adams County Pride is back at Riverdale Regional Park on Saturday, June 14. Take pride in who you are and celebrate love and equality at the free, family-friendly festival featuring art and live entertainment.

Starting at noon, featured activities will include roller skating and art exhibits with Rainbow Dome, live music/entertainment from Dogtags, Airbound attractions, and a drag show that’s guaranteed to dazzle.

“As a board, we are so excited for the return of Adams County Pride this year to help kick off the special events season at Riverdale Regional Park,” said Lynn Baca, Chair of the Adams County Board of Commissioners. “We’re proud to join in a day of visibility, affirmation, and belonging for our LGBTQ+ community. Our residents of all identities and backgrounds are what make Adams County such an incredible place, and it’s an honor to help create spaces where everyone feels seen and valued.”

That afternoon, couples can tie the knot at Marriagepalooza. Stella Diver, a force in Denver’s nightlife scene, fierce performer, and dynamic host, will officiate, and Dany Wynters, a dazzling Denver-based drag queen, host, and high-energy performer, will serve as Maid of Honor.

All couples are welcome, but those interested must register and get their marriage or civil union license between Monday, May 12, and Friday, June 13, to participate.

“It doesn’t get much better than a day centered around community, love, and unapologetic joy,” said Commissioner Emma Pinter, District 3. Pinter is the first openly queer person to serve on the Adams County Board of Commissioners. “Pride has a deep, powerful history—both here in Colorado and across the nation—and these celebrations still matter just as much today as they always have. It means a lot to help carry forward that legacy of Pride here in Adams County.”

Food and beer vendors will begin serving at noon, and parking at Riverdale Regional Park is free. Service pets are allowed.

Parking at Riverdale Regional Park is free, though visitors should note that areas of the park are under construction, and a detour is in place for entry and exit. For more information on parking, visit adcogov.org/rrp-improvements.
