Complaints and Grievances

If you feel that you have not been able to access Adams County government because of accessibility issues, or have been discriminated against based on your disability, you can file a complaint within 30 days and submit it to the Adams County ADA/504 Coordinator. Complaints should be in writing whenever possible, however, if you are unable to write your complaint due to a disability, alternatives are available. Please use the ADA Complaint Form or contact the Adams County ADA/504 Coordinator to discuss alternate methods for filing a complaint. Upon receipt of your complaint form, your complaint will be investigated and you will be contacted with the results or how to further proceed. This form and process are designed to provide you with the opportunity to quickly and effectively resolve any issue(s) as they relate to the ADA and Adams County.
