Street Paving Program
Adams County and contract partner, Martin Marietta, have completed the Adams County 2025 Paving Program. This important street paving project began in late July and was completed ahead of schedule. The project’s purpose was to restore roadways to optimal condition as part of the county’s commitment to improving infrastructure, safety and quality of life for its residents.
Primary work included milling, patching, paving, striping and shouldering six neighborhood areas and seven miscellaneous locations in various parts of the county. Other work included performing full depth reclamation on certain roads, and installing speed bumps on others for improved safety.
