Street Sweeping

Adams County operates an enhanced street sweeping program for paved roads with curb and gutter infrastructure. In addition to improving the overall appearance of our roadways, this program helps reduce debris and sediment buildup in the county’s stormwater drainage system, supporting better water quality and system performance.

Roadways included in the program are identified on the map below. Streets are prioritized to ensure efficient service delivery:

  • Priority 1 roads are swept four times per year
  • Priority 2 roads are swept twice per year
  • Priority 3 roads are swept once per year

Please note that all sweeping schedules are weather-dependent and subject to change.
