Ron’s experience includes serving approximately 45 years in public service to include the military, law enforcement, and emergency management. He holds degrees in emergency management & planning and homeland security/disaster response. He is a former Marine Corps Captain and a Colorado Certified Emergency Manager (CO-CEM) from CEMA.

Michael’s experience includes working in the emergency management field for 15 years, the last eight of which have been with Adams County OEM. He earned an MA in International Security from the University of Denver and holds multiples certifications in emergency management. He is an IAEM Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) as well as a Colorado Certified Emergency Manager. (CEM).

Kyle’s experience includes over 10 years of experience in emergency management and public health emergency preparedness and response. He earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with an emphasis in emergency management from the University of Colorado Denver and holds multiple certifications in emergency management. He is a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) from IAEM and CEMA.

Lauren’s experience includes over 5 years of experience in emergency management and public health emergency preparedness and response. She holds two advanced professional degrees from the University of Colorado, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Master of Public Health (MPH), both of which focused on emergency management and homeland security. She has completed HSEEP and is pursuing other certifications in emergency management.
