Ron’s experience includes serving approximately 45 years in public service to include the military, law enforcement, and emergency management. He holds degrees in emergency management & planning and homeland security/disaster response. He is a former Marine Corps Captain and a Colorado Certified Emergency Manager (CO-CEM) from CEMA.

Michael’s experience includes working in the emergency management field for over 13 years, the last seven of which have been with Adams County OEM. He earned a master’s degree in international security from the University of Denver and holds multiples certifications in the emergency management. He is a Colorado Certified Emergency Manager (CO-CEM) from CEMA.

He earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with an emphasis in emergency management from the University of Colorado Denver and holds multiple certifications in emergency management. He is a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) from IAEM and CEMA.
