Ron’s experience includes serving approximately 45 years in public service to include the military, law enforcement, and emergency management. He holds degrees in emergency management & planning and homeland security/disaster response. He is a former Marine Corps Captain and a Colorado Certified Emergency Manager (CO-CEM) from CEMA.

Michael’s experience includes working in the emergency management field for over 13 years, the last seven of which have been with Adams County OEM. He earned a master’s degree in international security from the University of Denver and holds multiples certifications in the emergency management. He is a Colorado Certified Emergency Manager (CO-CEM) from CEMA.

Dean’s experience includes many years in the real estate industry, and he has responded to multiple major disasters across the country, primarily with animal charities and American Humane. Prior to working with Adams OEM, he worked for the City of Evans. He is a Colorado Certified Emergency Manager (CO-CEM) from CEMA.

Kyle’s experience includes over 10 years of experience in emergency management and public health emergency preparedness and response. He earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with an emphasis in emergency management from the University of Colorado Denver and holds multiple certifications in emergency management. He is a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) from IAEM and CEMA.
