Human Services Events
- Back-to-School Bash and Beyond: The annual Back-to-School Bash and Beyond helps Adams County families and children prepare for the new school year by providing free school supplies and backpacks to students. Registration is required.
- Trunk-or-Treat: Trunk-or-Treat invites Adams County families and children to wear their favorite costumes and enjoy a safe, family-friendly trick-or-treating experience at Human Services. No registration is required.
- North Pole Gift Shop: The annual North Pole Gift Shop brings holiday joy to Adams County children and families. Human Services hosts this event so caregivers can shop for holiday gifts, while children have the opportunity to shop for gifts for their caregivers. Registration is required.

All events will take place inside the Human Services Center or in the parking lot at 11860 Pecos St., Westminster.

Operation Freebird

- The makings for a free Thanksgiving meal will be provided to attendees, and other resources will also be available. No registration or sign-up required. Residents can pick up one box of food per household and are unable to pick up boxes for anyone else.
Free Food and Resource Drive-Thru Events
Adams County is partnering with the City of Thornton and City of Bennett to provide residents of Adams County with free, monthly food and resource drive-thru events. These events will provide power sacks with shelf-stable food, hygiene bags, and resource folders. See below for upcoming dates and locations.
