The Investigations Section investigates allegations of fraud and violations of government assistance programs. The Recovery Section is involved in the recovery of money lost to actual fraud and substantiated violations of government program assistance.

Translation services are available in-office and by phone, once connected to a staff member.
Services Provided
Investigations takes referrals and/or answers questions concerning suspected fraud and government assistance program violations. Recovery answers any client questions regarding the process of recovering the money lost to fraud or government assistance program violations.
How to Make a Payment
Human Services Payment Kiosk:
Located in the lobby of the Human Services Center, you can make a payment in person at the kiosk. You will not be required to pay any additional fees when using the kiosk.
Human Services Drop Box:
Payments can be made via the locked, yellow drop box located in front of the Human Services Center building or in the self-service area of the lobby. You will need to provide your full name, case number ID, and social security number.
