What to Bring:
Prior to March 4th, please complete the application online at travel.state.gov, for each applicant. Print the completed application, but do not sign it, and bring it with you to the event.
If you choose to complete the application by hand, please use black ink, do not sign, and bring the completed application to the event. We will not be able to check you in for the event until the application is completed for each passport applicant.
Are any of the applicants minors? Children under the age of 16 are not eligible to renew their passport; they must apply for a new passport. Both parents must be present with the minor or have a Statement of Consent (form DS-3053), signed and notarized by the absent parent (needs to be notarized within the last 30 days.)
Other items needed to process your passport application include:
- A photograph of the applicant (photography services onsite for a fee of $14).
- Proof of citizenship-original or certified copies only of Birth Cert or Naturalization cert.
- Physical government photo identification.
Two Separate Fees:
Application Fee:
- A check or Money Order, made out to U.S. Department of State, is required to be sent with the application to the state. No counter checks or starter checks will be accepted.
- Adult passport $130.00 Adult Card $30.00 (not eligible for air travel with card).
- Child Passport $100.00 Child Card $15.00 (not eligible for air travel with card).
- Expedite $60.00 per passport.
- 1-2 Day delivery back to customer $22.05.
Processing Fee:
- Cash or card only, is accepted for the processing fee
- $35.00 per application $14 for passport photos
