Note: On April 21, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners adopted the 2024 editions of the International Codes. These codes will go into effect on July 1, 2026.

On April 21, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners adopted the 2024 editions of the International Codes. These codes will go into effect on July 1, 2026. Complete building permit applications received and accepted prior to July 1st, 2026, will be reviewed under the 2018 editions. All building permit applications received on or after July 1, 2026, will be under the 2024 editions of the International Codes.
