Neighborhood Leadership Academy Application Process

The Neighborhood Leadership Academy provides in-depth leadership training that emphasizes community building practices and strategies, project planning, organizational leadership and management practices, and personal leadership skills. Participants are actively involved in their neighborhoods and represent communities across Adams County. All participants will work on and share a community project for their neighborhood.

This is a completely free program — the time and energy participants commit to their neighborhood and peers is their investment. There are 20 spots available in this first cohort, and they will be assigned as applications are received; additional applicants will be placed on a waitlist and notified as space becomes available. This application will be open from Monday, November 2nd – Friday, December 18th.

All Adams County residents aged 16 and up are welcome to apply.
