Adams County Poet Laureate Open Mic

Step up to the mic or cheer from the crowd! Join Adams County Poet Laureate Aerik Francis for an open mic at Reunion Coffee House in Commerce City.

Poets of all ages and experience levels are invited to share original work in a supportive, welcoming community space.

The evening also features a special performance by guest poet Radiance Bukari.

Not performing? Come out to support local artists and enjoy an inspiring night of creativity, connection and conversation.

All ages are welcome. This event is free and will be offered in English. No registration is required. The venue is open to all ages. Learn more.

Open mic details:

  • Sign-up will take place in person at the event.
  • A limited number of spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 6 p.m.
  • The open mic begins at 6:30 p.m.
  • Poets are welcome to perform in any language.
