SUMMARY:Veterans Day Recognition Event
DESCRIPTION:The Veteran Service Office (VSO) and Veterans Advisory Commission (VAC) is hosting the annual Veterans Day recognition to honor those who have served in the armed forces. \nDuring the event\, attendees will hear from representatives from our VSO and VAC\, as well as our Board of County Commissioners joined by the Northglenn High School JROTC Color Guard for the presentation of arms. \nWe invite residents to come honor Veterans by placing individual flowers provided by the VSO and VAC at the Adams County Veterans Memorial at Riverdale Regional Park beginning Saturday\, Nov. 7 over the Veterans Day weekend. The flowers express the gratitude for our veterans service\, both living and fallen.
